ATEX Zone 0 Vapour Extraction Safety Skids

Europem has become one of the leading suppliers of vapour treatment units for tank farms and terminals in NW Europe. Over the past 15 years, we have supplied and installed systems in many different installations with Temperature Controlled Ground Flares, used in conjunction with our ATEX Zone 0 Vapour Extraction Safety Skids.

These vapour extraction skids consist of ATEX zone 0 fans for transport of the vapours, flame and detonation arresters, dynamic flame arresters. liquid seperators and a control valve skid for the air, waste gas and support fuel.

The system is complete with a proprietary feed-forward/feed-backward master-slave control system which minimises support fuel consumption and guarantees the most stringent emission limits at full load and partial load operation.
